my skins got transfered but not the gems...
Is there any way to contact support?
It is a known bug from inside their system that happens to a handful of players. Make a standalone post about the issue, devs check the forums and help players fix it.
Smite 2 is a fresh start in many ways, and unfortunately, most skins from Smite 1 do not transfer over automatically. However, some cross-gen skins released in Smite 1's final year do carry over.
As for your green gems, those are likely Legacy Gems, which allow you to get a 50% discount on most purchases in Smite 2. Every gem you acquired in Smite 1—whether purchased or earned—has been converted into Legacy Gems for use in Smite 21.
Regarding Mastery, it does not carry over either but Smite 2 offers Divine Legacy rewards based on your past achievements, including skins and badges to showcase your progress.
It’s definitely a big shift, but the developers have introduced these systems to help long-time players transition. Let me know if you want more details! -----
Also, if you click on each god in smite two and go to the mastery tab free items can be claimed there as the character is leveled up again.
