Twitch drops asks for link but Im already linked?

So I almost have all the coin drops, didnt claim any yet because for some reason it says link to claim drops. However when I go to the website it says Im already linked to my Hi Rez account, when twitch says Im not. I also dont see an option to unlink and then relink again. So Im kinda worried if I claim them they disappear into the void. Does anyone know what to do, Im kind at a loss here.

Same issue here. I think the only way is to contact support on the hirezstudios website to unlink your twitch account so you can relink from twitch. Might take a while for them to get to your support ticket though. I'm still waiting for my twitch account to be unlinked.

Yeah Ive done that and they unlinked it so my twitch is relinked now, but no drops eventhough I claimed them.

I dont really know what that means, but Ive had contact with Hi Rez support and managed to relink my account yesterday. I havent gotten my coin drops yet eventhough I claimed them 2 days ago. The previous drop campaign worked fine for me.

What I'm saying is that since your original post and follow-ups prior to this one, you received Twitch drops (specifically 2/14 at 15:29 UTC. For clarity, I did not mean to say that you are not missing something from your Twitch drops, just that it appears that the system started working after your initial post.

I'm having the same issue. In the past, legacy gems from Smite 1 and Twitch drops worked fine, but now something apparently changed and I'm unable to get Twitch drops, as in they don't show up in-game.

My accounts are linked (verified at https://link.smite2.com) but Twitch keeps saying to link/connect them. I can't find a way to unlink my account myself.

Is there anything you can do to help?

Didn't mean to hijack the thread btw, but I saw you were helping multiple people in other threads, so maybe this works. Thanks in advance.

Unfortunately, the drops still don't show up, assuming it's instant.

I went through the link/unlink process a couple of times, and even did it in a different order (ie. disabling my primary account manually before unlinking/linking, even though the popup said it would do so automatically) to see if that would work, but no.

If there's anything else I can try on my end, feel free to let me know.

I worked with Curv3 via Steam chat and we were finally able to understand the confusion ... because the Wandering Market coin is a non-premium currency, you do not get a popup notification when logging in. I have confirmed that your account has redeemed 2 Wandering Market coin drops from Twitch.
