How will this work cause cross platform was glitchy in smite 1

I have over 1000 hours spread across PC and Xbox and thousands of gems across both platforms. I want to know if it will pose a problem when I receive my legacy gems. Would I have to launch it on both platforms once, and would I need to buy the founders edition on both platforms to get the full benefits? I'm asking because I remember there being a problem with not all content being shared across platforms. For example, sometimes when I would launch Smite on the console, it would say I have 0 gems vs. launching it on the PC, where I would have thousands, or how console and PC kept track of my hours played separately. How can I make sure I receive the full amount I am owed because I did spend a lot of money on the game and like a lot of my skins? I'm not happy that I'm not getting all my skins crossed over. I want to make sure I get all my gems from both platforms when I first launch Smite 2, because it might well be over 100k gems.
