The game didnt even release yet. Just wait till its filled with MTX... XD
What does that even mean? Smite came out in 2014. Are you saying that the developers should have invented a time machine? It's just an engine update... ?
I stopped playing when Nox and Amaterasu were busted + there was no arena ranked.
Porting an unbalanced game to a new engine isn't going to make a lick of difference.
People who bought the Smite founder's pack and cosmetics... it's like a kick in the face.
These people did the same thing with their game.
It's sad that a lot of game companies don't care for their games at all, thank god we got indie developers carrying gaming.
Will smite veterans and completely new players get in a match together ? how matchmaking is going to work ? (a new player that gets absolutely stomped is....not very likely to have fun and thus stay, unless they play together with a friend who's going to actively coach them but even then, if matchmaking keeps putting them with smite vets day 1-2, they're going to be fed up most likely)
it's particularly true for conquest which is the only mode for now ; they'd probably need to add other modes real fast : not everyone wants to get stuck in 1h game, with people fighting for roles, some crying for support who'd need a lot of map awareness (would smite vets gladly take the role? it can be very much a thankless role most of the time).
New gods' kits would probably need to be much more ingenious, as in make it clear that UE5 really does make the difference : with hecate, it didn't seem that way honestly -when i saw her ult, i got extremely sad for her to just be like nike's rend....and her kit didn't really impressed me as in, i'm sure it could be implemented in ue3- (a good example of a change in engine would be dishonored 1 in UE3, and dishonored 2 with the Void engine : the level design of the latter is incredibly insane compared to the one in D1 which is already excellent)
I'm sorry but *any* reaction other than disappointment, frustration, or anger just makes you a gullible mark.
One of steams most played survival game trough the last 10 years.
Even their upgrade that "Everyone" hated has more players than the original ARK, and keep in mind it has only 1 / 10th of the content atm
34 000 players peak in the last 24 Hours. Yeah "Sad"... I got over 1500 hours in Ark. I love their content and mod support. THey even pay their modders.
Just shameless lmao
Calling *yourself* a "worshipper" is quite embarrassing and actually just confirms what I said. Have some self esteem.
"Worshipper points" is a earnable point in smite if you didnt know. Didnt say they where a worshipper.
But tbh you dont lose anything. Everything in the 10-11 year old smite game is still avaible to play and use.
