2x Legacy Gems didn't work.
I bought the founder pack but the initial 111k legacy gems I already had didn't double. Am I missing something or is it not working?

While I could just forcibly double your Legacy Gems for you, it looks like you just need to log into SMITE 1 because that's where all Divine Legacy rewards originate from. Please let me know if that doesn't work and I'll forcibly fix your account.

Sorry to bother you, its not working for me. Didn't get any legacy gems.

can you check my account for doubling legacy gems? I'm not sure they doubled when I bought the founders edition

Yes, I just checked your account and you have received your doubled amount of Legacy Gems.
