Are twitch prime drops not working?

Been a couple days, im 99% sure my smite 2 is linked properly, but the drops arent appearing.

Anyone got a thing i should double check?

Edit: I triple checked and after looking at screenshots, realized i had signed in to my PSN account (which is linked to my PC hi-rez account, which is linked to my steam - PSN is where i started and technically 'my main') and not my steam account.
Restarting the linking page and signing in on steam after unlinking my PSN and twitch allowed me to RE-LINK them to my steam, and upon logging in to the game i received my twitch drops.

I'm sorry that you had to jump through hoops to navigate the complexities of the system. Despite our best efforts to make it as easy as possible, it just gets complicated when you start mixing in Divine Legacy, Cross Progression, and Twitch drops.

Its nice that i worked for you. I unliked everything and linked everything together couple of times and i still didnt get any drops. Seems like all those hours of watching for Sol and Odin skin were pointless and ill be forced to buy them with gems despite the fact i should have them free either way not just because of twitch, but also because of previous game where i own both.

You will not have to purchase those skins, as they are now in your inventory.

Has nothing to do with logins, I manually added them to your account so you wouldn't have to spend any Legacy Gems on them! I'm sorry that you put in the effort and the system failed you.

I'm having the same problem - I've linked everything properly and I'm not receiving any of the twitch drops. Are you able to look into that for me, or explain definitively how to fix it because my brother is having the same issue.

Haha, yeah, I don't take it personally, as I've been making games for over 20 years now. I just thought I'd seen it all, but I've never had someone neg after I helped them.

I took a look at your account and I don't see a Twitch account associated with your Steam account. You need to log into your Steam account on https://link.smite2.com and then Connect your Twitch account. After you get your Twitch account linked, make sure you set your Steam account as the Primary Account.

I did praise you for fixing something that should be working normally but isnt for some time now from my observation. I have been playing hirez games for over a decade now and hirez is sadly known for messing up a lot like this linking issue.

So in case you missed it yet again, THANK YOU FOR HELPING ME.

All i did is that i simply pointed out how hirez has been for long time now, but i did praise you for fixing the issue right away.

Yeah, sometimes its a simple misunderstanding... Other times its not quite realizing the hints that the system is trying to give you.

But also - Thanks so much for being an active, and helpful voice in the steam forums! Most games dont have so much as a CM, let alone someone who can actually enact help!

This was how I fixed mine.
I googled Smite 2 Twitch Link, went to HiRez Login Website.
Login Steam, saw Twitch and Connect, Connect, then click Steam as my Primary.
Went to Twitch and claim my Items (after watching hours of live Stream)
Login Smite 2 and I got my items.

Apparently you gotta relink since Smite and Smite 2 are different.

Odd. On the website you linked, it says my Steam account is connected and is my primary account. I also have my Steam account linked to twitch on https://www.twitch.tv/settings/connections as well. I'm still not receiving the rewards, sadly.
