Lost my founders pack

Swapped to PC/Steam back in August, and bought the founders pack to play the Smite 2 Alpha. Now that the beta hit, I don't have my founder's pack anymore lol. Can't figure out why this happened

On your library, try right-clicking on Smite 2 > Properties > DLC and see if they are there and also the checkbox is activated. If they are there and active, try deactivating it, close that window, open it again and activate it again.

Some people are opening the public test client instead of the actual game too.

In any case, devs check these discussions daily so just wait till tomorrow and maybe Xienen will help you soon.

I have taken a look at your account and it appears that you bought the Founder's Edition on Steam but your Primary account is set to Xbox (presumably because that's where you completed your Divine Legacy linking). I have now transferred your Founder's Edition from your Steam account to your Xbox account, so you should have access to everything.

i just had the same thing happen to me. please help wanna play the game. but sucks have 5 chars. so i got it to work but now i dont have my twitch drops. for some reason when i linked my twitch account for the drops and switched my main account. figured how to switch it and got my dlc but now the drops are on the other account anyways for u to help?

Looks like this happened when your Steam account got marked as your Primary Account. I have now transferred your Founder's Edition from your PlayStation to your Steam account.

I am also having the same issue. I purchased founders on my ps5 while waiting for my computer room to be finished. Now that I am on computer, I can't find how to set my Primary to my steam profile to get my gods back.

I found your PlayStation account and linked it to your Steam account. I've also linked your SMITE 1 account to make sure you have all of your Divine Legacy rewards.

Hi, I have a similar issue. I bought a Founder's Pack through Steam before looking into account linking, and now my Founder's Pack and Divine Legacy rewards are split up based upon which account is my primary. If there's any way my Steam Founder's Pack could be attributed to my PS4 account, that'd be awesome.

@Xienen Help!! Samething for me, been playing for a while fine, logged in and my legacy gems are Negative -6000, lost access to all skins etc. still have gods but lost access to everything else. I was at 400k Legacy gems!!!
