Can't get my Legacy gems

Even though I have my Legacy account connected to my Steam account I haven't gotten any legacy gems. I got the cross gen skins just not the legacy gems

I'm not sure why it didn't work for your account, but there are a handful of people that have had everything transfer except their Legacy Gems, so I guess there's a rare bug in the system somewhere. I have forcibly synced your Legacy Gems from SMITE 1 to SMITE 2.

Your account had Divine Legacy linking done on PlayStation, so I have transferred your rewards from your PlayStation to your Steam account.

Hey Could you look into this for me as well? I linked my smite 1 and 2 account and got those legacy gems, but then decided to purchase the founders edition. I received the god pack but my legacy gems did not double. Thanks!

It appears that you have not logged into SMITE 1 since buying the Founder's Edition. Can you please try that first? If it still doesn't double, please let me know and I'll force it.

Hiya, I linked my smite 1 account to my smite 2 trough steam but cant see anything in smite 2, do you know if I did anything wrong or might it just be an UI bug?

I found your Divine Legacy link was done via Epic, which you hadn't linked on the SMITE 2 side, but I also found and linked your PlayStation account from SMITE 1 to SMITE 2. I then transferred all of your Divine Legacy rewards to your Steam account.

I switched from PlayStation to pc and linked my accounts but it doesn’t seem to be working
