founders pack didnt transfer from my playstaion account

I have looked at your account and while I see a SMITE 1 to SMITE 2 link for Divine Legacy, I am not seeing a PlayStation account linked to this Steam account. Perhaps you did the linking for SMITE 1? SMITE 2 linking is done on this website: https://link.smite2.com

it wont let me link the two accounts. comes up with an error.

I don't know but PS did not allow transfer God pack/cross progression in Smite 1. Same thing for Paladins. They did allow for Rogue Company though.

We actually eventually got Paladins to be able to merge PlayStation progress, but it took a slew of extra effort and we got super lucky that we hadn't done things the same way on Paladins as we did on SMITE 1. Unfortunately, there was no amount of extra work to generate workarounds that would have made PlayStation fully merge with other platforms on SMITE 1.

Alright, I've got your accounts linked up, I set your PlayStation as your Primary Account, and transferred your Steam Legacy Gems to your PlayStation account. You should now be able to play on PlayStation or Steam and have access to everything you've earned/purchased.
