Haven't received my legacy gems after linking

I received my skins, but i never actually received my legacy gems, i tried opening smite 1 for a bit to see if that fixes the issue but it doesn't seem to.

I'm not quite sure where things went wrong with your account, but I have forcibly synced up your SMITE 2 account.

Is there a place to report not getting the 2x gems from founders? Also, it appears Steam store doesn't factor in owning a founders pack in the price of any upgrades, which sucks.

Have you tried logging into SMITE 1 since purchasing the Founder's Edition? I've had several players report that got their accounts synchronized between SMITE 1 and SMITE 2.

i dont get the smite linking stuff do i have to download smite 1 to link it to smite 2? and also do i only get the gems i have on smite 1 over to smite 2?

Yes, you have to complete your Divine Legacy linking in SMITE 1.

Once you complete the linking in SMITE 1, you will get Legacy Gems equivalent to the number of Gems spent in SMITE 1 (whether you purchased Gem packs or earned them for free), any Divine Legacy skins you've earned in SMITE 1, any Cross-Gen skins purchased in SMITE 1, as well as badges and mastery tags to commemorate all of your achievements in SMITE 1.

Hey, Thanks for that, i just want to add, i just bought the ultimate founders pack as well, opened up smite 1 and 2 and claimed the rewards, when you forcibly put the legacy gems on my account i had 18,000, were these doubled from the legacy pass i purchased on Smite 1? or are they meant to be doubled from the founders pass i just bought? Sorry for the complications

I would have expected it to properly double your Legacy Gems after logging into SMITE 1, but that appears to not have happened for your account. Not sure why you're account is in such a weird state, but I have now corrected this for you.

Hi, Xienen. Can you please, help me too? I have a lot of hours and legacy gems in Divine Legacy, but i dont have them in smite 2, and dont know what sopposed to do. Im sure i linked everything correctly, becouse i have a rewards (skins) in smite 2 from Divne Legacy, but where is gems ? Initially my account from Hi-Rez servers but latter his ported on steam.
