EAC login failed

I try to login smite 2. But it failed and their message indicates about EAC login failed: ConnectloginNoEAS(0) . I try some of methods either keep press login or restart my PC but both of them are not work

Could someone explain this problem and give me another way to fix it. Thank you.

Running some Google searches gave me a handful of suggestions that you can try:

• Verify the integrity of game files on SMITE 2: https://help.steampowered.com/en/faqs/view/0C48-FCBD-DA71-93EB
  
• Check for any pending Windows Updates
  
• Make sure you have an exception for the game's folder in your anti-virus
  
• Try running the EasyAntiCheat_EOS_Setup.exe in the game's directory and if that doesn't open up an installation window, you need to use system file checker to scan your computer, which can be done by opening up a command prompt and entering sfc /scannow then try running EasyAntiCheat_EOS_Setup.exe again
  
• Set Hemingway.exe to run as Admininstrator
