Unable to start game || Game Security Violation Detected (#00000022)

Hi, long time Smite 1 player. I've been anticipating Smite 2 for a long while despite most viewpoints. I was a little concerned when I saw the kernel level anti cheat. Anyway, I'm sorting through these logs and can't seem to find what's triggering the shut down of the game.

I can see that it validates my system and what have you before it closes. I'll post the transcript of the log if I can paste that much data.

Anyway, speaking of pastebin, what the hell happened to that website. Ads everywhere and public posts claiming stolen accounts. Geez.

Unfortunately there's nothing of interest in your log, so I started doing some Google searches. It seems that players have also run into this error with Apex Legends and several people responded that this helped them:
If you have Ds4windows end task on it and try opening the game again.

I have the same error, yet it only pops up to me when i close the client.
I suggest investigating around background application.
Im afraid Citrix, Whatsapp or even Riot Vanguard cause bad interactions

same as you, i only get the pop up after i close the game, boot and play fine, i close the game and moments later i get the pop up message,

Same.
When I close the game I either get a "crash report" window or a "Game security violation detected" error window.

Knowing we aren’t alone is huge! Guess that’s why it’s still in beta- so long as they aren’t taking action against this “violation” I don’t really care. I’m sure it will be fixed in time

Having the same issue when closing the client, can run and play the game fine, only started happening after the free to play update. Hope this get fixed soon.

Little bump. Only started getting this very recently. I can play the game completely fine, but as soon as I close the game itself it just hits me with that.

No other game using EAC does this, so it's purely a Smite 2 thing.

Edit: I deleted the Easy Anti Cheat file located within Smite 2, verified the integrity of the files on Steam and booted up the game, Managed to close it perfectly fine without it happening.

Might be a case of an update corrupting your files, so I'd recommend trying that. Will give another edit if it pops up again or not.

Try to execute all the .exe on SMITE 2 folder in adm mode. Solved for me.
