i verified the game files using steam, and it did find 1 file missing - but after downloading it there was an error with syncing files on steams's part
i'll just reinstall the game, and get back to You tomorrow with new logs
ok, i have some news: after updating the drivers through nvidia app i couldn't launch SMITE 2. Reinstalling didn't help - whenever i tried to download it, steam would just say about an error while saving files to the disc - i checked the steamapps/common/SMITE 2 folder, and it was empty.
So i downloaded the game onto my older local disc (it's smaller, hence i didn't want to fill it up with games - that's what the new disc is for), and it worked. THe game launched, and i could log into the game. i have updated the folder with the new logs that generated in the meantime - hope You'll be able to find the cause of the subsystems problem
