Missing Legacy Gems
Linked my steam account and didn`t receive my gems

I am not seeing a successfully completed Divine Legacy link for your account. Did you receive a popup in SMITE 2 to link your accounts or did you try to do the Divine Legacy linking in SMITE 1?

I linked an account to Smite 1 and was told that the link was successful, but when I logged into Smite 2, it turns out I have nothing. Is that why many people have problems with this?

In addition to the above, I will not be able to log back into my Smite 1 account due to an error that I cannot resolve.

Let me work with the SMITE 1 customer support team real quick to see if we can get your Divine Legacy linked manually.

Ah, now this all makes sense. It looks like you completed your Divine Legacy linking on Epic for SMITE 1. I have now linked your Epic and Steam accounts, set your Steam as your Primary Account, and transferred all of your Divine Legacy rewards from your Epic account to your Steam account. You should be good to go!

I linked my account from smite 1 that is a playstation account to my steam account that im using for smite 2 but i still havent gotten my legacy gems im not to sure what to do

I have transferred all of your Cross-Gen skins and Divine Legacy rewards from your PlayStation account to your Steam account.

I am having the same issue. Logged into smite 1 on playstation linked divine legacy. I have psn and steam linked to my hi-rez with steam being my primary platform for smite 2. I have not received any of my legacy gems.
