No, it's actually really dumb. Its not bad thinking you get legacy gems "equal" to the amount of gems u spent, lies btw i've spent more than 80,000 and only recieved 38k.... LOL..., with the idea of just buying new skins, yippeee!!!, But the real kick in the nuts is the fact that they make you spend MORE money on the new currency, just to be able to use your old currency to get the "50% off deal!111!" which since skins look really inflated in price now, "discount" looks like S1 base price IMO.

yes, if you buy gems it wont count unless you actually purchase stuff and spend it. either you have 80k gems overall but might have spent only 38k, i dunno the situation but i received 600k+ legacy gems, also they lied about getting more diamonds for the same price as legacy gems, 8000 gems is like $129 canadian, now 16000 diamonds is $149 canadian and it costs 1200 diamonds for 1 skin, thats literally $15 so they literally BS you, on this garbage.

I personally fixed your account being split between your Xbox and Steam accounts several days ago, but you've opted to post old images, presumably because you're just upset that you don't have everything from SMITE 1. Spreading misinformation can not and will not be tolerated.

Not directly, no, but you will receive Legacy Gems equivalent to all of the Gems you spent in SMITE 1 (including Gems that you earned for free) and we will be continuing to add "Classic" skins to SMITE 2 which can be fully purchased for Legacy Gems. So, effectively, over the next several years, you will be able to unlock a lot of the SMITE 1 skins in SMITE 2 without paying any money.

you can purchase any skin from smite 1 that is recreated in smite 2 using your legacy gems and spending no additional money. even if you never actually owned it in smite 1.

Why the hell do we need the new Diamond currency to purchase skins in Smite 2 instead of just using our Legacy Gems?

Everything is Diamonds + Legacy Gems to purchase.

All the good will of converting our Gem stash into Smite 2 is immediately ruined if we can't buy stuff with JUST THE LEGACY GEMS.

We already lost our Skin collections that we earned and bought in Smite, now even the currency we spent is nearly useless.

Plenty of other players have already pointed out on this very thread that any "Classic" SMITE 1 skin that we directly port over to SMITE 2 will be available for Legacy Gems only. At present, there are only 4 Classic skins in the game, because we halted the skin pipeline in favor of getting as many gods into the game as possible. Over the next few years, we will be adding Classic skins to SMITE 2 and you will only ever have to use Legacy Gems without needing to pay us one single cent.
