That sounds objectively horrible and not at all a fun experience.
They all have a group roundhouse discussion and barter to buff/nerf gods, they've said that much on streams. Pro players have some input but they're mostly trading gods in and out of popularity rotation
Like why do they keep going around buffing Zeus and giving him a stun? Because Aggro, one of the devs plays Zeus. Why did Anubis get a walk? Ajax, one of the devs is a known Anubis main. Why do they constantly shift around gods like Bastet? Tina mains Bastet. Like it's all there if you look hard enough
Then you got Khepri who has a harder to hit stun a harder to hit grab a 1 ability that does next to nothing and a revive for his ult. Sure you can say reviving a teammate is OP but you know what is more OP not playing Khepri playing Bacchus and one shotting 3 people before they hit the ground from your belly flop.
Try to out damage, out tank and out clear a Bacchus as Ganesha or Khepri...and the thing is Bacchus still has the utility to go with it.
There should be no world where a tank support 1v1's a full build hunter. The amount of times I will be the solo laner and our hunter is split pushing and gets challenged by Bacchus, Cerebrus or Cthulu, and not just loses but gets destroyed is unacceptable...
The balance is wack as hell.
