If I buy a lower tier Founder's pack do the higher tiers reduce in price or will the $100 pack still be the full $100?

yes if u buy a founders pack the rest lower their price

It uses the Steam piece meal bundle rules, so if you were to buy the $30 founder's pack, and wanted to upgrade later, the upgrade would be at a lesser cost to you. So if you don't want to drop the full $100 now to get every ascension pass but want all the characters, you can drop the $30 to get the gods now, and if you feel like it, upgrade it later for cheaper.

thank you as well. i was wondering myself cause i was gonna get the $30 dollar one myself and probably slowly upgrade to the 100 one over a couple months since i gotta save money up

If your cashflow is that tight, I'd strongly consider just staying F2P until you're in a better spot. Obviously you know your situation better than I do though
