brain dead players on ranked

is there any reason why people even attempt to play ranked if they have no clue what to do and use unmastered gods like not even lvl 1 gods(ranked is not the place to try a new god). like there needs to be a minium requirement of like 10+ gods ranked 5 or something idk. I feel like im getting games with people who just installed the game like today and hop straight into ranked. you should have an understanding of how all roles play before even playing ranked since idk about you guys the preferred role system barely works for me but I know all roles so I dont mind what I play and happily accept trades. thats how it should be. just frustrated. I dont mind new players, but bro if your new dont try ranked

Imo it's because of EOMM. "Engagement-Optimized Matchmaking, is a system designed to maximize player engagement in online games. It aims to pair players in a way that encourages continued play, even if it means deviating from traditional skill-based matchmaking. " it's a method of maximizing profits on people's emotions rather than game-play or skill levels.

I just have felt like it's either just me or maybe..MAYBE one other out of the 4 people who know whats happening, and i'm tired of 1v5ing and literally telling people what to do (nicely) like sometimes it truly feels like im on casual conquest with people who just installed, I should NOT be telling players what to do in RANKED. everyone should have a pretty good idea what to do if they are on Ranked lol

I'm just starting ranked matches but...isn't there some sort of ranking? Like since i'm a noob, i should be placed with other garbage players while the good players climb de ladder, no? Why are you in my noob games? I don't want to see you there any more than you want to see me in your game.
