Still unable to use many of the divine legacy rewards

its been months now, first it started with the baseball herc skin when it released for some reason i could not access it even though i have the whole divine legacy pass unlocked i didn't worry too much to be honest the herc skin wasn't my favorite anyway i'm also missing many of the emblems i believe i should own but again didn't really make me freak out. but now every patch skins are added it feels like at least one skin i definitely own on smite 1 wont allow me to used in smite 2. the bunny nu wa skin, the beach skin for Pele, the danzo skin, yet i have access to all the others that have been released so far. i just don't understand. i submitted a help ticket and got literally no answer back for any help just a bot saying it was in review like 2 months ago. i have logged in and out of both games and still nothing. this i'snt end of world stuff but i'm still ranting on it just frustrating how i'm still missing things so long after release of smite 2. if anyone has any solutions please let me know, thank you.

It appears that you already had everything other than a large chunk of Legacy Gems, which I force synced from your SMITE 1 account to your SMITE 2 account.

Hi i am having the same issue that I linked my xbox account I used for Smite 1 to my steam account I use for Steam 2 but it hasn't brought over any of my rewards? It shows me as a legacy player and has changed the screen name to that I used on Xbox but it's not given me my gems or skins? Any ideas what I did wrong?

Sorry for the delay. I have found those in your SMITE 1 inventory and added the badges to your SMITE 2 inventory.

Oh I just checked guan yu and I do not have the guan yu convention 2014 skin, but I did have it in smite 1 I believe
