Diving Legacy linking doesn't seem to have worked..

Linked my Smite 1 account to my Smite 2 account weeks ago in prep for Smite 2 launch. After logging in today, doesn't seem like that took hold correctly. Under 10 years of Smite 1 on an account "DMorgggg", Smite2 has me logged into a profile named "djm5387" with no linked whatsoever..

djm5387s the log in profile that I've used under Steam (same log medium I've used to log into Smite 1 for a while now).. Smite2 is not recognizing my Smite1 profile under the player "DMorgggg"

Anyone else?

make sure your old account is the primary account on their website and if it continues to persist try a ticket

It appears that you completed your Divine Legacy linking via Xbox and have not linked your Xbox account to your SMITE 2 account on https://link.smite2.com yet. After you complete that, if you haven't purchased the Founder's Edition nor made significant progress in SMITE 2, you should set your Xbox account as Primary Account.
If, however, you own the Founder's Edition or have made a lot of progress on your Steam account, you should set your Steam account as Primary Account, then reach back out to me so I can copy your Divine Legacy rewards from your Xbox to your Steam account.

I took a look at your account and you have every Divine Legacy reward already in your account. Do you believe something to be missing?

Sorry for the delayed response. It looks like you set your Xbox account as your Primary Account, which should give you access to your Divine Legacy rewards (which you've probably already noticed), but it does mean that you're leaving behind any SMITE 2 progression that you made on your Steam account. Unfortunately, we can't transfer/merge SMITE 2 progression, but we can transfer Divine Legacy rewards. Did you make significant progress in SMITE 2 on Steam before linking your Xbox or are you fine with the way things are now?

Thank you for catching. I've gone ahead and made my Steam account my primary account. My intent is to pull any divine legacy rewards from my XBox account into my steam account.

You should be good to go now that my accounts are linked and that my Steam account will remain my primary.

Upon closer inspection, this appears to be because you linked Divine Legacy and your Xbox account to a different Steam account than the one you're currently posting on.

Question, if I have already a mastery badge on smite 2 and I keep playing with that god on Smite 1, my mastery badge on smite 2 will be updated?

Yes, the mastery badge will continue to increase as you progress the god(s) in SMITE 1.

This is still a bug for me, has been since I got the founders stuff last year, even played the alpha test, I got told I have over a million legacy gems but when I linked my accounts, I got nothing at all!

It appears that your Divine Legacy linking was done from your Epic account which was not linked on the SMITE 2 side. I have now linked that account and transferred all of your Divine Legacy rewards from your Epic account to your Steam account.
