I have my accounts linked, but I received very few gems (only 800), even though I own the Founder's Pack, have played Smite 1 for years, and spent a considerable amount of money on the game. What can I do?

I responded in the other thread, but I'll respond here, as well. According to the tool that I have available, it believes that you have everything, but I understand from this post that you believe you are missing a bunch of Legacy Gems. Can you please tell me the history of your account(s) with SMITE 1? Did you start with the SMITE 1 launcher on PC or perhaps started out playing on a console? If you started on the launcher, did you connect your Hi-Rez account to your Steam account on https://my.hirezstudios.com already?

Hello, sorry for the delayed response! I played Smite 1 for many years when there was still a Brazilian server managed by Level UP. I completed the migration at the time, and everything was fine. Recently, I purchased the founder's pack for Smite 2 and received very few gems, which doesn’t make sense considering how long I played. I noticed that some Brazilian players have had similar issues, so this might be my case. Today, Smite 1 is working fine on this same Steam account.

I have reviewed your account and can see that it came from the Level Up migration, which has caused many issues that we're still working to resolve. In the mean time, I manually looked through your account and added Legacy Gems to account for your SMITE 1 purchases.
