Nah i only took the key items, as most people, but were wondering if they would give any incentive to actually get it all since it even has a number tracker of how much to completion you are.

Yes you can, but there is supposedely an cap of how much you can hold, which i dont know exactly how much it is. After knowing the actual cap and hitting it, its definitely more worth to buy the other items than waste the coins, but that all depends on how much time there is for the next market and so on, i did pretty much like that market idea.
