Divine Legacy skins not carrying over

I've tried contacting support or at least tried to figure how to contact them and can't. I've seen other people have similar issue where in Smite 1 I have the legacy skins unlocked yet in Smite 2 they're all locked. Any help or advice?

I have the same issue, only like half of the skins from divine legacy are unlocked for me, I got the mint choco Ymir skin but most of the ones before it are not unlocked in game. Weird issue to be sure.

For mine to activate I had to log onto my linked Smite 1 account. After that the cross-gen skins that were listed as locked that I owned unlocked
