Skin Transfer (Xienen)

Hey, after this new update I noticed the Dark Supreme Nu Wa skin did not transfer over Xienen. If you could please transfer that over and check if anything else has not been transferred, thanks. My IGN is KarmaDiff.

Sorry for the delay, it took me a bit to figure out how to update our tool as I've never had to update it myself before ... now that I've gotten it working, I'm not seeing your account as owning that skin. In all fairness, though, it looks like your account is in a very complicated state, so maybe I'm just missing something. The Steam ID of the account your posting from does not seem to have a Divine Legacy link from SMITE 1 to SMITE 2.

I also do not seem to have that skin either, Xienen. Is this a common bug at the moment? Or is this a different dark supreme variation from the one that Nu Wa had earlier?

That does not make sense though as you have already transferred 3 of my skins last time. I think all my other skins have been transferred too. I did buy the Oni Slayer Cross-Gen Pass which had the Dark Supreme Nu Wa skin. I'm also wondering if that's the only skin remaining that has not been transferred.

Ugh, sorry, this is the second time in the past couple days that my tool appeared to load everything just fine, but failed to load the SMITE 1 details. Loading your account in the tool today shows the SMITE 1 to SMITE 2 link, but still doesn't show ownership of the Dark Supreme Nu Wa skin. I tried searching through your SMITE 1 inventory directly, but I'm not seeing the Wandering Blade King Arthur skin that you get for purchasing the Oni-Slayer pass. Did you perhaps do it on some other platform/account?

I bought every cross-gen pass on the KarmaDiff account on smite 1. I also used the king arthur skin before in a ranked match. It should be there.

Ah, right, I was looking at your new account, not your original KarmaDiff account. Found the skin and added it to your account. I searched for other missing skins and didn't find anything.

Same for me, got the NuWa skin specifically in Smite 1 because I wanted to see it in Smite 2 - now I only have the option to purchase it again in Smite 2

I have had the same problem. I bought the skin in smite 1 to have in smite 2 and it has not transferred. My account is bookks in both smite.
