Missing Dark Supreme Nu Wa

I have purchased the battle pass on smite 1 that contained Hou Yi and Nu Wa skin (Dark Supreme Nu wa) that was added to smite 2 today. I was gonna try out the skin because I know I own it and I just saw on Smite 2 that I do not own it and have to purchase it for 800 + 800 gems. Is this a bug? Is there anyone I can contact to fix this because I know I did buy the battle pass on smite 1 so I should be able to own the Nu Wa skin and not purchase it a second time.

So have I . Every time when they add content from Smite1 that I have, I don't get it in Smite 2

Sorry for the delay ... I had to update the tool to add support for this skin, which I've never had to do before. I have confirmed owning the skin in SMITE 1 and fixed up your account.

I have had the same problem. I bought the skin in smite and it has not ceossed over to Smite 2. Where should I go to fix this?

I found the skin in your SMITE 1 inventory, so I added it to your SMITE 2 account.

If anything, the humiliation is on our side, as we're having to fix up a small percentage of players manually. It's not the players' fault that our system isn't working 100% perfectly for everyone, it's ours, but I have zero qualms with helping players individually make sure they've gotten everything they bought/earned.

nevemind. I just went to Smite 2 and saw that the skin appeared. I really hope that this was something from the developers, and not because I downloaded Smite 1 25 times just in order to make sure that I was not crazy and did not invent that I had certain skins.

I reopened Smite 1 and saw the skin and relaunched Smite 2 and now it is unlocked for me.

This is a common fix to this issue. Some of the skins you still need to get in touch about, but if you're ever missing content you know you have then I'd recommend opening Smite 1 first. I've had to do this with a few skins before.
