Smite 2 it Feels like High Latency/Ping

I have pretty good internet, and I play a lot of games with 80–150 ping, which I consider normal. However, in Smite 2, every time I play, it feels like I’m rubberbanding a lot, and I see that red clock icon on the right side of the screen. I can't check my ping because there's no option for it. I play in Europe, and the EU server is selected, but I don't know why this is happening. Why do I only have this problem in Smite 2?

We've been actively investigating this issue with some players experiencing similar issues, though most of them are located in Eastern Europe, you are the first I've heard of having issues from the UK. Would you be willing to run some traceroutes so we can see where the issue is occurring between your home and our servers?

im eastern eu and ive had bad ping in smite 1/2 since like season 6 getting progressively worse (stable high, higher than other online games) but about an hour ago i just started constantly getting that red high ping sign. can you help. i'll run whatever tests necessary
