Hope this helps. If you have any issues with these drivers, Windows has an option to rollback to the previous driver.

If you get a black screen after the Georgia video but still hear the menu music, don’t panic. Wait for a while, this will happen on the first launch of Smite 2 after installing the drivers. The system is working the new drivers and after a while it will continue and build new shaders.

To rollback Nvidia drivers, open your Device Manager, navigate to "Display Adapters", right-click on your Nvidia GPU, select "Properties", then go to the "Driver" tab and click "Roll Back Driver" to revert to the previous version installed on your system; this option may be greyed out if a recent driver update is not available to rollback to.

Games i personally tested on my RTX 3080 8gb laptop, Intel Core i7 11800, 32gb ram with these new drivers installed:

Smite
Smite 2
Dead by Daylight
Marvel Rivals
Street Fighter 6

Everything went butter smooth on my personal end.

Yes. These drivers will delete all previous shaders and rebuild them all.

I would like that the devs would make so ALL shaders are built on the start screen of "building shaders", cause everytime theres an update on the graphics driver, the first time i encounter or play with a given character with a given skin, it lags a lot in-game while they casting their spells for the first time, cause of that just in time compilation of shaders, if they could just build it all beforehand would help a lot during actual gameplay.

UPDATE:

As of today, I moved to a release cantidate for windows 11, and the game will now at least launch and compile shaders. Then I get a new message "EAC Login Failed: ConnectLoginNoEAS(0) failed due to OSS giving an empty auth token"

UPDATE 2:
Ok, so I turned off "run as admin" that everyone tells you to turn on when having an issue and "poof" fixed. So yeah if you're having issues turn this on and off I guess? Software, gotta love it.

I have tried the hotfix, old drivers, run as administrator, DX12, DX11, no luck here. I can't launch the game lol
