Game crashes on start up. (yes I've launched it with dx12 too)

It gets to the first company name and then it crashes right after that. I've verified the files and restarted my computer. I don't know what's causing the crashes.
I even updated my graphics card driver as well.
Edit: I've tried everything on Feroucius's post and I have the latest drivers for my graphics, bios, windows, etc.

mine is still having this issue, i think its on Hirez side that
they need to fix

i just updated my nvidia drivers and its good now!!!

Updating nvidia drivers fixed it for me as well

Funny thing is, This only started happening after my nividea driver updated. I'll check if there's another update.
Edit: I have the latest driver
