Did you do all the other steps posted here?
I’m not interested and nobody is paying me. I’m an old and very ill IT guy who likes to help people out of kindness, hoping that my 30+ years in the technology area would help players solve their end-user problems.
It feels really nice to give knowledge and support without expecting anything back other than an thank you. Try to post something productive instead of hating on someone that is actually trying to provide help.
Is it so hard to just be nice?
OP thanks for the info, grats on the sticky.
And I bet I won't have my legacy rewards then either; 1,000 hours Smite 1 for nada so far T_T
I just updated the post with some details about clean install of drivers, try the new suggestions and see if that helps.

There are so many factors that can be causing this, most likely issues directly caused by something on your end. Did you tried the suggestions posted here? For example i saw someone having this exact issue and the problem was a program he had installed, Asus Armory Crate. Please start with the steps here to make sure that you have no interfering software and that your Windows integrity is on check.
