Watch your ram. If you're paging to the drive it will stutter like crazy (using more memory than you have means it tries to emulate more on much slower medium like your M.2 or SSD vs DDR4/5 whatever). This game is a memory hog, I've seen it using 10GB+.
Same as above but for both of you, also turn off vsync, it doesn't work well in this.
I will say even with no settings changes I have seen average FPS drop from 120 - 150 to 100 at best over the last several patches.
I don't really care, still more than playable, but there is the occasional stutter/lag and after the 'movement fix' from today it's the worst I've ever seen it including tons of other people getting disconnected mid match and floating around in a straight line. CC buffering where you get interrupted mid ability/ult ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ sucks too but I'm not sure that's a bug, just bad design.
Vsync is off it uses about half my ram (32gig) and i am lucky to get 60 fps my drop is from 60ish to 5. If there is a team fight its over for me. I get 1-5 fps when a teamfight happens. I locked the game to 60fps to try and help but i can not get more than 45 moving around.
