Linking question with banned account

Hey all,

I have an old S1 account which was hacked over a year ago and once I managed to recover it I was faced with the fact the kid who hacked it got my account banned for bad behaviour...
I can appeal this April to get it unbanned.
In case it is rejected (gosh hope not) is there no other way I can link it to S2? I didn't get the pop-up to link it together in S2 after open beta release as I did with another account.

I have so much content and gems spent I would really want to get legacy gems at least.

Yea but that doesn't do anything unless you can open S1 to link in there as well. I have another account where I didn't need to open S1 and I got a pop-up in S2 after open beta to link to S1 account which I didn't even remember I had on that Steam account and it worked.

But on the banned account I don't get this message sadly.

Totally my fault because since 2012 i never changed the account's password cuz never in my dream did i think anyone would care to hack smite accounts lol. Not to mention they changed the account name to something a 7yr would do and I lost a very unique user sadly
