Red Dot For Next To Profile Loadout With Nothing New?

I have a red dot next to my profile loadout icon but I have scrolled through Badges, Titles, and Global Emotes several times and found nothing new. i have no idea how to get rid of the notification.

I also noticed that red dots don't always mean that something new is added, looks like a small bug

Dont know when it's going to be fixed, something like this would have a low priority.

I have the same problem for months, but it get fixed in latest patch
