CacoDemon Ymir Skin Missing
Firstly, thanks to the Dev team for working so hard. Thanks for transferring my Founders Edition. I played and purchased it originally during closed Alpha. Please could you assist me with my Ymir Skin? :)

After I fixed up your account an hour or so ago, I discovered an issue with my tool regarding the Cacodemon Ymir skin. For the time being, I am manually adding the skin to players accounts, which I have now done for you, as well.

Unfortunately, I was not able to find any indication on your account that you purchased the Founder's Edition before F2P (January 15th).
oh that is interesting, as my purchase history says i purchased mine 6th of june 2024. is there a way i can provide you a screenshot or email you?

Will these be added automatically at some point?
I am missing mine too, but I feel kinda bad that a Dev has to add them manually one by one.
I'm ok with waiting, but I'd like to know if they arrive at some point.

I appreciate the sentiment, but unfortunately there's no automatic way for the system to know when you purchased the Founder's Edition ... only when it was applied to your account. And in cases like yours, even a manual review doesn't turn up distinct evidence of when the purchase was made (until I finally get access to complete purchase history later today).

Hi, I’ve recently signed into Smite 2 for the first time during the beta and realized I had not received items for my bundle I had purchased back in April of ‘24 such as my Ymir skin. Please help.
Same for me as well. Bought founders edition back in April and don't have the skin on my account either. Any help would be appreciated!
I also bought the founders edition prior back April 17 2024. My divine legacy skins also didnt carry over from smite 1 despite finishing it. My hirez account was under the name Moonblazer
