Question to the developer: If you got banned in Smite1, does that mean you have 0 Legacy gems in Smite2?

Yeah, they said they're giving you a 2nd chance already by letting you have an account on smite 2 and being able to play the game but you won't be getting any cosmetics or currency back from your banned account.

You need to log into Smite 1 account, and bind it from there, so yes. You can write to support and ask them for unban even if you are perma banned. If some time passed, they may unban you.

Exactly correct. We're looking to give second chances, but only after a certain amount of time has passed. You can submit a ticket to request an appeal by opening a support ticket on https://my.hirezstudios.com

No one is going to ban you from anything SMITE 2 related for having an opinion. And because you've taken so many hours out of your day to respond to every post about SMITE 2, everyone is very clear on where you stand.

No one is going to ban you from anything SMITE 2 related for having an opinion. And because you've taken so many hours out of your day to respond to every post about SMITE 2, everyone is very clear on where you stand.

I beg my pardon but why that guy is literally still able to post anything on Smite 2 Steam forums? He is spreading misinformation, acting like he isn't guilty about his Smite 1 account ban, spreading toxic behaviour. Not even talking about him openly hoping for Smite 2 failing and your company (the place where you work) to go bankrupt or get closed.

Having reviewed their history, you have made a good point. They are not just sharing opinions, but rather openly harassing other players. I'm okay with vitriol being aimed at me, SMITE, or Hi-Rez, but not other players.

I submitted a appeal for my Smite 1 account a couple months ago, the account was banned in September of 2023, I would really like to link my smite 1 account as I have spent quite a lot of hours on that account. I've definitely reformed from what caused that ban to begin with, however I think the last support ticket told me I'd have to wait all the way until March 2025. I assume that still holds true? If I could get time served for those last two months, I'd really appreciate it. Thanks for checking my message out.

I'll confirm that timeline with our Customer Support team, but that sounds like the accurate timeline based on my previous conversations with them.

The 2nd time I logged into smite2 the game asked me if I want to link accounts, although my smite1 account is still banned. I got 93k legacy gems. Pretty happy. Founders edition here we gooo.
Sheesh, I could 2x it if I weren't banned... Dear Xienen, gonna contact you again in 5months and try to appeal my ban. I will need a bit of guidance, as I was not able to submit a support ticket (the chat agent said I will be contacted but this did not happen). Oh well. Please, could you be so kind and look into it on my behalf? Big thanks.
