Skins not transfering

Pool party jing wei and amaterasu foxy for some reason are not transfering, already tried opening smite 1. Please help :C

they dont transfer you buy them with legacy gems

they do transfer if theyre cross gen its possible that those 2 are not in the game yet though

Pool Party Jing Wei is not a Cross-Gen skin, but I have taken care of Foxy Amaterasu for you.

No, you got legacy gems which you can spend on skins.
I suggest spending them on the classic chest so you only have to spend 800 gems :)

Hello! I am so very confused here, neither foxy Amaterasu nor Pool Party Jing Wei are categorized as Cross-Gen skins - they are only listed as classic in Smite 2 and exclusive in Smite 1, right? But Foxy Amaterasu was "taken care of" here, which implies that there is a difference and one of them transfers. Why is that? How do I know which ones transfer?

Ugh, that's what I get for not being an Amaterasu player ... I mixed up the Foxy and Honor Roll skins ... whoops!

Oh, I see! So it was a simple mistake and only cross-gens do transfer! Thank you for the clarification!

they still scam you. They gave us less gems then what it costs to buy them back.

Just look at how you can aquire them. 1600 gems that are on random 1200 gem sales, but also you can buy them for 800 gems if you gamble on a chest, that is full of ugly skins( why do they even exist?) to make you lose out on your skins.

With toxic methods like this and the awful report system it is not worth spending any money on any Hi-Rez products.
