Still missing doubled legacy gems????

I bought the founders edition and i still dont have the gems doubled.... i linked my accs 1 months ago already.
Anyone else?
They said they solved this problem already but i still have the bug.....

Have you logged back into Smite 1? I think I had to do that before everything finally clicked and showed up.

Jep. Playing Smite 1 everyday. But still have the Bug.

I had 100.000 when Smite 2 came out and after i linked my accounts.
Then after a mini-patch my gems got deducted to exactly the half amount.... and now i got this amount over 4 weeks and nothing happens.

The purchase was applied to the account 08/27/2024 05:09 PM UTC.
The Legacy gems were then calculated and added to the account 08/27/2024 05:29 PM UTC.
The total that was displayed in SMITE always displayed the correct total after being doubled.
There was a visual bug that displayed the incorrect amount in SMITE 2 which has been resolved.
The total amount of legacy gems available in SMITE 2 is accurate.

They are talking about a visual bug... i mean wtf?
Why TF should they show you the double amount in smite 1 even if you dont have the founders pack... how makes that sense....

they removed support center at zendesk and any other means to contact support ending up in ignore. had you used the chat?
as for gems - those in SMITE1 can't be doubled, cuz they've been showing that way before they ended up with decision to double legacy gems. likely support just came up with "placeholder" answer for that. however, i had not seen anyone yet who would've had SMITE1 * 2 amount of gems in SMITE2, which makes me think that it's actually is the case and gems in smite 1 show always as doubled due to incompetence.
so far not a single person i talked to also received most of badges, including beta badges and god badges, everyone being ignored by support via email.

mine are not doubled either, was 15350 before and after founder pack

Only few youtubers got doubled gems so far, not a single regular soul made documented proof of having doubled legacy gems.
One of my friends claims his got doubled but he did not recorded amount pre-pack and just feels "no way i spent this much".

For me it just doesn't make sense why Smite 1 should show twice the amount, even for people who don't have the founders edition

On the first week in Smite 2 I had 99220 Legacy Gems and today I only have 49,610.
Smite 1 has only shown me 49610 since the beginning.
I also have a screenshot of it.

So I thought everything was fine, the 99220 is correct.

But a week later the 99220 in Smite 2 were reset to 49610.
Then support said it was just a visual bug and Smite 1 has always shown twice the amount.

I just don't believe it.

mine finally doubled, could be the next day or because I opened smite 1 or because I made a purchase with my gems in smite 1 and it updated my gems earned in smite 2. Most likely if you purchase something with gems in either smite 1 or smite 2 they will update to the correct value.

i bought a skin in smite 1 yesterday but i still have that issues.
like i said even in my support ticket they say the showed amount in smite 1 is already doubled but thats a lie.
i have the same amount in smite 1 before i even bought the founders edition :/
