Performance Issues; Best Video Settings?

Since the first playtest, i've experienced some stutter and overall pretty bad performance. I understand its not very fair to compare the performance of Smite 1, but that game runs like butter on my PC with max settings. Currently on mostly MEDIUM for Smite 2 and not having stable performance with these crappy frame stutters. Let's figure out how to optimize this game!

GPU: 2070 super
CPU: ryzen 5 5600X
