Bug on The Morrigan

I noticed a bug when you play the Morrigan on conquest, if you ult while you're in the fountain you get the pop up from game start about choosing your build and you lose a few seconds of your ult

*blinks* That is an interesting bug. I had to go AFK onetime in the middle of a match. Sucks, but got soft kicked from the game and when I logged back on I had something similar happen where i had to re-pick my build an active. Maybe there is some code line that acts similarly.

Thats not a bug, its a feature. You can hold and manually choose who you want to become regardless of if you have the ability unlocked or on Cooldown, this is so people that play with Quick Casting can quickly morph into who they want whitow choosing him in the middle of a fight. The extra timer is just an additional one that ignores the current cooldown, so that you wont spam the pop up, which might trigger undesired stuff like it getting stuck.

I had not thought of it like that I assumed they meant they had gained ult and used it in the fountain and they got asked to pick their build again. Eh.
