Allow enable/disable of auto-buy

As of now, if you chose to buy anything other than a consumable like item, auto-buy is turned off and cannot be turned back on. For newer players not familiar with the builds just yet, it is easier to have the option to follow the auto-buy and occasionally try buying for yourself.

Would be better to allow it to be on/off toggled as desired in the game.

Within a game, you can disable it, but not enable it. The request is to allow for both to happen.
