please add ranked arena in Smite 2. i love conquest but arena is a nice change of pace.

Arena is a gamemode for casual for who don't want to play competitive, i don't think they are going to add ranked arena at all.

wont be added arena is the same as smite 1 so for the same reason it wont be there you just kill minions then take a fight at the end to win much easier to jump 2 people and kit dump to win

They tried ranked arena at the beginning of smite and removed it for obvious reasons a game mode like that can never work competitively

the reason they removed it was cause 1 team had a player that didnt even turn up deciding another game was more important, and all the arena main teams got destroyed by the spl teams that decided to just join last minute for the lols so they removed ranked cause of it

What you said doesn't make sense, the ranked are divided among gamemodes, what do you mean by "they are afraid of losing their rank" lol. By the way, a ranked mode in arena would make no sense. How would it all be managed? Because remember that one of the main objectives of the arena is trying to get minions into portals, which is what you tend to do when you are over pushed. A meta in arena would be to watch each other for 30 minutes trying to do minions, until you get to 10 tickets and only then does the fight start, hell nha that is trash arena is supposed to having fun and beat each other since the first min

Only ever played Smite for arena but there's no need for ranked....in any game or mode.

I don't think it should be ranked as gods are not made for this mode, but we should be able to choose gods like in ranked mode with shortened time to chose one.

Why people being degenerate out here make ranked arena if you don't care there will also be casual arena go play it. Stop yapping if you don't care about ranked arena go play conquest arena let us who want have it.

They shouldn't spend any minute working on Arena. It's a bad gamemode. The core design is counterintuitive because you're meant to fight a lot, but you can't fight properly if you don't have teammates frontlining. Sure you could say that in Conquest it would also be the case, but the main difference is that in Arena you always have vision on everyone, which is the biggest flaw of that gamemode. Good luck playing a squishy if your frontline is ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥, because you'll get jumped instantly as soon as you try to go in since they always know where you are.

Sure, don't delete the mode, it's fun for some people, and for shenanigans. But honestly it's not a big loss. It's the smooth brained people mode, and it's ok.
Ranked would just turn it into an unspeakable hell. Because if you thought it wasn't already bad enough, wait until everyone starts playing only to win, playing like cowards the whole game.
Unlike actual gamemodes like Conquest, you can't really fall behind on gold or XP in Arena, so playing like a coward won't really put you behind so you won't get punished for it. Great.
