Legacy gems

Why is my legacy gems not arrived. Have i missed something?

Doesnt really matter anyway cuz theres nothing to buy with the gems except for the loki clown skin and some gods for 900 gems each i guess. And the combined cost of gems and diamonds for each skin and other ♥♥♥♥ is way too crazy.

that as well but i aint sure if you have to buy it individually or if purchasing one unlocks it for everyone.
Not to mention i had 80 gods on X, some multiple stars.
Leveling them up again to X doesnt sound good to me at all.. thats pretty much why i was also never into cod games.

Every year a new one where you have to grind weapon lvls again and again to get a decent build but in smite this takes time unless you do it in triple weekend.

I don't have my legacy gems, Hopefully It'll get sorted and It's just an issue to do with cross platform legacy gem transfers from PlayStation 4 to PC.

I got told by support that its a known issue and that they are trying to get a fix going which knowing Hi-rez it will take 6 months or more

You aren't missing much. They dropped the ball really hard on legacy gems and made them essentially useless.

I originally got 1M and a half gems from all my purchases through the years and after 1 game of smite 2 I only have 500k. I've tried reaching out to Hi-Rez and they just don't respond
