No "Request Access" button

anybody else got the same problem? website literally says all you gotta do is:

"Steam: Visit the SMITE 2 Steam Page, and click “Request Access.” You will be notified on Steam when access is granted. Don’t forget to Add to your Wishlist while you’re there!"

Seems that one of the foilowing is possible:
1) They have no idea what they are doing
2) They trolling people
3) There is a bug
4) Spamming email

it was below packages for me too. hope they let me in, i gave smite 1 a bad review back in the day for having no west coast servers. 90-120 ping in all matches where i was getting no regs on dmg every so often, this was back when i got 0-2 ping to overwatch servers
