In-Game names

Hey I haven’t played yet, but to those who have do you keep your smite 1 in-game name or no?

Not sure, it could happen which is why I’d like an answer from someone who has played smite 1 into smite 2.

uses steam name but apparently that can change for now anyways they will probably have you choose a name

Thanks for the info, I’ve always played with their client apparently there can be duplicate names now and whatever name you had will have some legacy thing for your profile.

probably it will be in engine text only, changing name on steam changes it in game so just do it without symbols
