Items found in game. what do they do?

I have found many items that had no explination of what they do because they are just temporary items. I was wondering if any one knew what the items do.

Cyclops tears
Deamon heart
Pixie
The lamb shrine

Lamb Shrine Gives invinciblity Well makes you able not to get damaged i believe Cyclops Tears increases Focus and demon heart increases damage i think.
