Everything i've read about this game says it is stunningly bad

but i would shell out even 40 usd so fast if there was mod support for it. a game like this can't be hard at all to mod and it would take it from a bland dungeon crawler with no items or progression to something fun with tons of replayability. It wouldn't even matter if there was online co-op

Why would you pay 40$ for a dungeon crawler only to mod, only to take it from 'terrible' to 'bearable'. Might as well play some other moddable dungeon crawler.

There are limits to what modders can do, especially with a game like this that uses a proprietary engine. The game is broken at the very core.

i mean really the only thing it absolutely needs to be fun is actual loot. like an item that could do more damage or a magic attack move or something. that would make it way more fun than just getting a literally useless pile of treasure
