How do you unlock this one? I had very enlarged dog summons going in all directions, whistled them back (to where at least one of them overlapped the summoner sprite)... and nothing.

Click at the dog, I don't know how much you have to do it, 5 times, maybe more. I just clicked on one dog as much as I could. Whistling doesn't matter.
