Looking For John Wick Player Model/Skin

Hey guys! Fellow gamer here who's a big fan of Watch Dogs and the modding community. I need help looking for a John Wick Player model. Trying to splice together two games for a film and It would really be cool if there were any John Wick player models. I've only seen one for Watch Dogs Legion, which i Have but cannot run on my potato of a PC. Can anyone help me out, or share some knowledge on how to make a player mod or even converting a player model from a different game to another?

Custom skins are possible but they're insanely annoying to make hence why there's pretty much none (although on Nexus Mods you can find Vito Scaletta from Mafia 2 for example)

Somebody was working on John Wick skin but the mod went dark and i don't think it's being worked on anymore
