You are not alone

You have a VPN? I turned mine off, and then I can connect.

Can't run Watch Dogs with a VPN running. Hope the irony isn't lost on Ubisoft.

I've done everything listed on that page. Nothing works.

Has any fix been found?

Thank you for your patience! While we are still looking into the root problem, some players have reported that disabling IPv6 (if that is enabled with your router), has temporarily resolved this issue.

If the steps provided in the above FAQ do not resolve this issue for you, you could attempt the following steps as a temporary work around :

1. Right-click the network icon in the bottom right corner of your desktop, and click "Open Network and Internet Settings"
2. In the middle of the window that appears, click "Change Adapter Options"
3. Next, right click on the network adapter you are looking to change and then select Properties.
4. Now, uncheck the box for Internet Protocol Version (TCP/IPv6) and then click OK.

If you need further assistance with disabling IPv6, you may need to directly contact your internet service provider.

Apologies for any confusion or inconvenience this may have caused.

I tried this, and I still get the same message.

"The Ubisoft service is not available. Please try again later."
Did not work...

Hello all,

If you have tried all of the steps in the guide and posts my colleague shared, can you please create a support case[support.ubisoft.com] on our website, and attach to it the following documents:

- Your MSINFO[support.ubisoft.com] and DXDIAG[support.ubisoft.com] diagnostic files

- Your launcher logs for Uplay PC[support.ubi.com]

We can then investigate further and recommend further steps as necessary. Thank you.

Online Play Not Fixed?
Is there any way to track the health of the servers for this game? How are we to know if the servers are back in service or still broken? I hope @Ubi Milky sees this, updates us, and answers my question. Thanks for taking the time to read this.

Incorrect, although i can't say if servers are down right now, online version of steam does have working multiplayer (assuming it's up for everyone else), however there is an issue where some bought copies have online access restricted which is simply a bug with the purchase and writing a support ticket should allow them to fix it for you

Can confirm it's working, managed to get some of the online achievements too.

Can also confirm that the DLC Online is busted, so no co-op.
