Already unlocked the"Papavero stealth edition" but can't use it in game.

I'm confused about this.... I have paid 40 Uplay points to exchange the Papavero stealth edition but I can't call it by using mobile in the game. Please help me, thx. :)

You can only order cars when you're not on a mission. And if you bought the car while you were playing the game, you should shut down the game and re-open it again.

I can't order the Papavero stealth editon and i`m not on a mission...I don't know why. I already unlocked it on Uplay game launcher.

Ubi just disable action and reward function of some games in China.

It's the discrimination against the Chinese, or Ubi is just working on the China's region server, and make a unacceptable mistake.

Btw, the action and reward functions of Splinter Cell Blacklist works well

关于这种行为，要么是Ubi的华人歧视政策，要么是他们在为中国地区为部分热门游戏打造独立的游戏服务器时犯下的一个不可接受的错误（错误的将活动与奖励数据保留于原服务器而仅仅将玩家活动数据记录于中国地区的服务器上）。

The way I got the Uplay rewards to work after unlocking them was to launch the game from the Uplay launcher instead of steam. For some reason when launching the game from steam it doesn't see that you've already unlocked them.
