Oh strange, the reply I got was that I have to buy the DLC on steam. Like I'm going to pay two times for the same product...
"The issue isn't connectivity the issue is the error between steam and uplay. I bought the game on steam, this is no problem, but i purchased the Season Pass for uPlay entering the code on my uplay account under "enter code"
This is the issue, as one or both parties don't think i have the season pass. You are not talking to an idiot who know's nothing about computers. I tried all the fixes and trouble shooting before i contacted you. I contacted you because there is an issue with uPlay detecting the DLC was purchased.
Though i have proven that i both own the game and the DLC, and it needs to be fixed ASAP, i can see the season pass is activated in the game under the extra content section but Bad Blood has not been activated on my account. If its not activated i would like a refund of the season pass credited to me, as this was sold to me under false pretences.
Now please understand, i have already tried step 1 to 5 of your guide, i have tried deleting and reinstalling the game, i have tried verifying the game on steam, i have tried logging in on another computer and redownloading it, nothing is working. The issue is with the way that uPlay talks to Steam or how steam talks to uplay, either way there is a miss communication there and steam doesn't think i have the season pass, meaning its not activating the dlc.
So either a refund is needed, or a steam code for the season pass to be activated is needed. Those are the only two options."
To obviously which they didn't reply because they don't like when someone actually tries all the steps before contacting them, they think everyone who puts in a ticket is retarded and doesn't know how to computer lol
Those people (me included) are screwed.
I will either get my DLC or i will get a refund it's that simple. Even if i have to go to the ACCC to do it.
